Reporting Issues and Opening a Support Ticket

Email Based Support Flow

Important: Do not attach and email any screen shot on your initial communications to us. Any information that allow someone else to identify the patient identify could be subject to the HIPAA concerns. For example, Patient name, ID, SSN, Order ID, photo with wrist band, screen shots with PHI in the image, photos with patient's face, a part of a medical record printout in the image, PACS, EMR, Lab Report screen, insurance card within the image, even a "team coordination" grease board with patient name and ID written on.
